We are starting to get a little concerned about some of the food which we have recently bought from a grocery store.
A pack of chicken that we bought yesterday. It's colorful:
- Pink
- and Brown
We search through Google that the different colors of the chicken breasts might not be that unusual.
This finding contradicts with our previously thought that colors such as orange was associated with spoilage.
Many factors may lead to colors or spoilage of chicken breast.
Have you noticed the colors of chicken breasts recently?

ReplyDeleteI've not really noticed a difference in color.

Non sono molto esperta, ma di solito il petto di pollo è bianco o giallo pallido... Almeno quelli che mi sono capitati di vedere nei supermercati.
ReplyDeleteLi avete assaggiati? Erano buoni?
Hello :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't noticed any difference in colour but if I had doubts would smell the chicken, just like boiled ham, it does not smell good if it's spoilt.
I won't be visiting for a while, my bog break will be a long one.
Food quality can be tricky, and it’s always good to double-check when something looks unusual.
ReplyDeletechicken starts to smell bad pretty quickly as well.
ReplyDeleteNo, I never noticed. But I guess it's usually light pink or should I say pale pink. Glad you brought this into our notice and we'll be careful!
ReplyDeleteThose grilled chicken breasts have to be very tasty.
